Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

By creating an account or using PromptForge you agree to these terms. If you use PromptForge for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

PromptForge helps you turn briefs into structured prompts and instruction files for third-party AI tools. Pro and Team features are in early access and may change.

Your account

  • Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and admins control who can access a shared workspace.

Your content

You own the briefs, kits and prompt packs you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, secrets, or sensitive personal data.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful or deceptive use, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
  • No reselling or automated scraping of the service without written permission.

Third-party tools

Exports are designed for tools such as Stitch, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and ChatGPT. Those tools are run by their own providers under their own terms. PromptForge is not affiliated with them.

Plans and limits

Free accounts have monthly usage limits shown in the app. Paid plans and pricing will be shown before you are charged.

No warranty

PromptForge is provided “as is”. AI tools can produce incorrect output, so review generated prompts and anything they produce before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using PromptForge at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
