Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

This policy explains what PromptForge collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares with us.
  • Workspace content — briefs, context kits and prompt packs you create, and the members of workspaces you share.
  • Waitlist data — name, email, role and tools you tell us about when joining early access.
  • Technical data — essential cookies that keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security.

The free tools on our site run in your browser. What you type there is not sent to or stored by us.

How we use it

  • To run the service: sign you in, store and show your workspaces, and generate prompt packs.
  • To contact you about your account, early access, and important product changes.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Service providers

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — website and application hosting.
  • AI model provider — only when you use a PromptForge AI action (structure, refine or run), the relevant brief, draft or tool inputs are sent to our AI model provider under a no-training agreement to produce the result.
  • Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

Retention & deletion

We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete packs, kits and team workspaces at any time inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@onemarketc.com and we will do so within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting hello@onemarketc.com.

Changes

If we make material changes we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
